14-day refund on digital products

If The Missed-Call Kit isn’t useful to you, email us within 14 days of buying it and we’ll give you a full refund. You don’t need to return anything.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ductdial.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Problems with your download

If your file won’t download or open, or you received the wrong file, email us and we’ll help you get the correct one.
